Returns and Exchange
There are no returns or exchanges. Once hair has been processed (after 1-3 days) we can no longer take it back. Please be sure to double check your cart before submitting payment.
All orders have 24 hrs to be cancelled, afterwards everything is processed and order has been placed.
Refunds
When can you assume you will be issued a refund? ONLY If a mistake was made by us.
Otherwise, we do not issue refunds.
What you order is what you will receive.
Shipping
Shipping time is varied between 3-14. You will receive a tracking number via email where you will be able to track your package.

All packages come with insurance and signature fee, which is calculated within the "shipping fee" total.

ALL HAIR PACKAGES MUST BE SIGNED FOR, no exceptions.
Pick up Policy
After placing an order for pick up, by using code "PICKUP", allow up to 48 hrs to receive an email regarding pick up instructions.
If you order an item for pick up and would like to pick it up same day,

Store Hours
You are able to make a purchase on our site at anytime of the day, yet we only operate from Tuesday- Saturday, which are considered our business days, from 12pm-9pm.
We are off on Sundays and Mondays.
